Cows are great. Cheese is great. But the process of getting from one to the other isn’t. It’s fraught with ethical and environmental complications. Enter a young French company creating lab-made, dairy-free cheese. Cheese that, nonetheless, tastes as though it’s from the pastures of Île-de-France. They came to us with a specific ask: what to call their brand. We first immersed ourselves in the broader sustainable foods sector. And then, together, created a name (and personality).
