The Downtowner
A hospitality collection needs a recognizable shared identity without losing the personality of its individual places. SUPERFAB connected The Downtowner’s master identity, individual property names and website into a distinctive guest-facing experience. The business is no longer operating; the work is preserved here as an archived client project.
A master brand and coordinated property-name lockups, developed as one connected identity system.
PROJECT INFO ↓
Overview
The design work explores a distinctive visual identity for The Downtowner, then extends it across individual property names. Approved logo files include multiple arrangements and color variants, giving the identity flexibility across different applications.
Showing the concept presentation alongside the approved marks reveals the thinking behind the system, with property photography supplying a sense of place.
SUPERFAB also designed the website, bringing property photography, local experiences and booking prompts into the same brand world. The website is no longer active; the original presentation and page capture are preserved here as archived design work.
Impact
- Established a master identity with coordinated property-name lockups
- Prepared multiple logo arrangements and color variants
- Documented the creative development from concept directions to approved assets

A shared identity.
Individual character.
The approved identity files pair The Downtowner master brand with individual property-name lockups. The system gives each place a name of its own while keeping the collection connected.
A place to stay.
A world to explore.
The original SUPERFAB-designed website connected the property’s character with local experiences and booking prompts. The site is no longer active; these images preserve the original work.

From direction
to a connected family.
An archived presentation captures the identity exploration. The property photographs provide context for the hospitality brand; they are not claims of interior-design authorship.
