Reserved time. Clear priorities.
Your monthly fee reserves creative studio capacity for your business. Good Company includes 10 hours with a 3-month minimum; Creative Momentum includes 20 hours with a 3-month minimum; In Your Corner includes 30 hours with a 6-month minimum. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
We agree priorities and estimate each request before starting, then work through one active priority at a time. Creative direction, research, design, meetings, coordination and revisions all count toward the allowance. We track actual time and share a monthly summary. Your plan reserves time, rather than a guaranteed number of finished projects.
Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Additional capacity can be arranged and approved in advance, subject to availability. We’ll flag requests that need more capacity before proceeding. Scheduling, notice, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in your agreement before you book.
What can we work on? +
Brand applications, brochures, presentations, sales materials, campaign concepts, digital graphics and agreed website refinements can use your reserved time. New brand identities, full website builds, advanced development and large launches are separately scoped unless expressly included in your agreement.
Printing, fabrication, photography, video production, ad spend, licenses and external specialist production are quoted separately. Social artwork can be designed within the allowance; posting, scheduling and community management are excluded. SUPERFAB may bring in creative collaborators; their involvement and any additional costs are agreed within your scope.

For managed websites, ongoing care includes the minor content updates listed in your package. Larger changes and new features are scoped separately, so you always know what’s included.
Your website, supported for the long run +
Small & Mighty and Room to Grow include hosting and a 24-month care commitment. The Full Picture is individually scoped, with hosting and support priced separately. Your proposal and contract set out content responsibilities, revisions, care arrangements, ownership, cancellation and handover before you book.
Brand discovery, identity and applications are scoped as one project. Revisions, usage rights, production and payment milestones are agreed in the proposal.
